Northstar Vacations, an affiliate of Northstar Hospitality Co., is a management company that specializes in resort property administration on behalf of homeowners. In an effort to ensure the quantity and quality of reservations, innovative marketing strategies have been implemented. Along with Northstar Vacations rental information will also be distributed by Kimberley Vacations, Resorts of the Canadian Rockies and other on-line travel wholesalers. Northstar Mountain Vacations will provide cleaning and inspection services as well as conduct a general inventory after each owner or guest stay. Accounting and administration will be handled by the rental manager. Within 45 days of the end of each fiscal quarter the rental manager will supply statements of individual accounts and pay out amounts due to each owner for the time period. As compensation for rental management services, Northstar Vacations will retain 45% of the adjusted gross revenue providing 55% of adjusted gross revenue to owners. At Northstar Mountain Village rental rates are not pooled so you receive true value for the time your mountain home is rented.
