We are very happy to announce the release of our next Phase at Northstar Mountain Village. 

Phase 3 is a 6-plex building situated on the same plateau as Phases 1 and 2 with the same spectacular unobstructed views and amenities. We have made a few small interior changes but have maintained the same upscale mountain décor that has been so successful in Phase 2.

There are 24 fractional fully deeded quarters in Phase 3 and we are already over 50% sold just from the Priority Reservation list. Our Priority Reservation list always receives the first opportunity to purchase when we release a phase and the people on this list are able to take advantage of a pre-release pricing offer we extend only to them.
