Interval Acquisitions Corp., and affiliated company of Interval International, has agreed to acquire ResortQuest Hawaii and several of its affiliated corporations. You may recognize the company as a leading provider of management and rental distribution services for resort properties in Oahu, the Big Island of Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui, Among ResortQuest Hawaii’s impressive attributes are its strong management team and staff, all of whom will continue to be responsible for their own operations.

This purchase is a natural extension of our core vacation and travel business and will give Interval and its customers more access to Hawaii, a premier leisure destination. We expect the transaction to close during the second or third quarter of 2007, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.
